What do you get when you combine two former Minnesota Timberwolves dancers, a new studio space, and a whole bunch of passion, determination and drive? Why, the Platinum Dance Center of course.
Business director Erica Leanna and dance director Lexi Zimmermann recently opened the doors of the dance center’s new Edina location, and they couldn’t be more thrilled.
“Being able to look back and pull from our entire dance experiences (which include childhood, college, professional, coaching and teaching), we are living our dream,” says Leanna, who has built the business from the ground up along with longtime friend Zimmermann. “It’s been very surreal,” she continues.
Platinum Dance Center offers a variety of recreational, competitive, technique and adult classes, and also hosts birthday parties, dance team intensives, workshops, specialty camps and studio rentals. A warm and inviting atmosphere, the latest choreography, and an enthusiastic, youthful vibe…who needs gold when you can have Platinum Dance Center?
