It's been a great two years.

So, I’ve completely been putting this off, because I, like the majority of folks, hate goodbyes. But let me just throw it out there (it’s completely sugar coated in bittersweet, mind you): This week was my last as editor of Edina Magazine.

Jim Ogg, Guinness World Record attempter, passes away.

I write this note with a heavy heart. Jim Ogg, whose story of a Guinness World Record attempt we featured in our current issue, passed away last week of cardiac arrest. We are incredibly saddened by this news, and our most sincere condolences are with his family at this time. Read more »

Images of Edina Winners

The results are in! This year's photo contest winners.

On Tuesday, I had the pleasure of attending the Edina City Council meeting, where we awarded the winners of this year’s Images of Edina photo contest. It was a joy to be able to honor the fantastic photographers who did an amazing job of capturing the spirit and beauty of our community, and the event was particularly special for us as this was the first year that Edina Mag officially partnered with the City of Edina on the contest.

Big changes at 50th and France lingerie shop La Bratique

I recently got word from the 50th and France folks that there are going to be some big changes to the merchandise selection at La Bratique. Namely, that they're going to only offer D–K cup bras from now on. During the transition, they'll be closing out their entire selection of brands in sizes 30A to 40C.
