Mandy Dwyer On July 9, local animal lovers packed Kieran's Pub in downtown Minneapolis for the second annual Secondhand Hounds Silent Auction. Guests enjoyed cocktails, food and dancing while bidding on myriad covetable prizes, the proceeds from which went to benefit the organization's animal-rescue efforts.
