DESCRIPTION:The Edina Dash is a 0.75-mile fun run down the 4th of July parade route in front of 20\,000 Edina friends and family to kick off the Independence Day. \nThe Dash begins 20 minutes before the start of the parade and crowns the Fastest Man\, Woman and Kid in Edina. \nThe best part? Every penny raised goes to help kids in the Edina Community. The Edina Dash is organized and run by local Edina students to raise money for Edina Give & Go and the Edina Community Foundation. The Dash has raised $16\,000 since 2024 and the goal is to raise $20\,000 this year for the two local charities.
