Senior Sit Fit class is a combination of both seated and standing exercises tailored to active seniors ages 55 and older. Instructor Lynn Wallin leads participants through moves that strengthen muscles, loosen joints and improve balance. End class with a cool down and inspiration to stay active throughout your day. Put on some comfortable clothes and get ready to strengthen your body in this relaxed environment.
