Tone & Flow classes in the park are free and open to the public!
Power up Pilates ProWorks style with a vigorous flow of Pilates,
strength training and flexibility work in this athletic combo class.
Through this mix you will sculpt, tone and flow your way to a strong
body and calm mind, while improving balances, flexibility and stamina.
Many modifications make this 55 minute full-body wokout accessible to
all levels. Please bring a mat with you.

These classes will be held at Centennial Lakes Park near the mini golf. We encourage everyone new
to the studio to call and sign up for the event ahead of time. Current
members to the studio can sign up through their PPW app.
the day of the event, participants will have to sign-in at the studio,
sign waivers and then will meet the teacher at the park.
