Vendors and local makers gather to kick off the seasonal shopping experience.

The Standard Vintage Market is coming back to Galleria Edina November 21–22. Taking place the weekend before Thanksgiving, the event brings 20 vintage dealers and 12 Twin Cities makers to the mall’s east end. This two-day setup gives local shoppers an early chance to pick up gifts, find seasonal items and update outfits well ahead of Black Friday.

Carrie Martinson of Olio Vintage and Jahna Peloquin of Rosella Vintage founded the market in fall 2025. They set up a roomier layout than typical popups offer, filling the space with accessories, ceramics, fall and winter clothes, home goods and partywear. The organizers wanted to focus on quality items while avoiding crammed aisles, creating an environment where visitors can take their time looking through each booth without feeling rushed.

“We’ve consistently heard from shoppers that they value thoughtful curation and a spacious, well-organized shopping environment,” Peloquin says. “The Standard is designed to make discovering incredible vintage feel effortless—our vendors have already done the digging. For the holiday edition, we’re bringing that same approach to gifting and entertaining, with even more local makers and festive experiences that make it fun to spend the day shopping and discovering something special.”

As shoppers weave through the vendor tables, there are a number of interactive setups to check out as well. The build-your-own bouquet bar offers floral arrangements for home displays or hostess gifts. Artist Caitlin Karolczak will hand-paint custom holiday ornaments, giving buyers personalized decorations to take home. Nickey Robo’s chain-stitch embroidery station will give visitors the opportunity to personalize denim, new purchases or stockings on the spot. There will also be a photographer at a vintage photo backdrop taking family or group portraits, and a cash bar with beer, seasonal cocktails and wine will be open throughout market hours.

Doors open 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Sunday near Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse. Early Bird entry for $10 starts at 10 a.m. Saturday, with tickets available online at oliovintage.com. Free parking sits right next to the hall in the main ramp.
