The Front Steps Project

Photos: The Front Steps Project

During March, Edina families were asked to stay home to help keep people safe from the coronavirus. Before a stricter statewide mandate took effect, Molly Andresen and Hillary Wallace teamed up to photograph families on the front steps of their homes.

The purpose of the project is to bring people together who might otherwise feel isolated during a time of global crisis. It is also an opportunity for Edina residents to support neighbors who need it most. Photographed families are encouraged to make a donation to the Edina Education Fund where efforts to provide meals and other resources have been ongoing.

To have your event considered send date, time, location and contact information to edinamag@localmedia.co.
