There are two local brands located here in the metro area, Sharab Shrubs, and The Twisted Shrub.

Shrubs are taking the local cocktail scene by storm. These aren’t things you pick up at Sunnyside Gardens, but rather, they’re apple cider vinegar based mixers. They come packed full of fun flavors and natural ingredients. They’re typically made from 1/3 apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cane sugar and 1/3 experimental flavor. There are two local brands located here in the metro area, Sharab Shrubs, and The Twisted Shrub. Why should you buy them? Because they’re easy to use! Simply add one part shrub to one part of your favorite spirit. You can even add a splash to sparkling wine to spice things up or a dash of tonic water for a tasty non-alcoholic alternative. Some great flavors include apple rosemary, pineapple habanero, strawberry, blueberry lemon and plenty of other creative variations. Bright and colorful, these mixers will make your next cocktail or dinner party a breeze.
