Ghosts, goblins and ghouls aren’t the only things brewing this Halloween. Throughout October, local bars, coffee shops and restaurants are conjuring up creative cocktails, mocktails and seasonal beverages inspired by all things spooky and sweet. These limited-time offerings are a bewitching way to explore Edina and all its Halloween offerings.

Carnival Bar hosts its annual Booloon Emporium. Together with sister restaurant Mr. Paul’s Supper Club, the event pairs food prepared by Mr. Paul’s culinary team with drinks created by beverage director Nick Kosevich and bar manager Bill Brown. A new spooktacular cocktail on the menu is the Frozen Pumpkin Pie, which is made with cinnamon, graham crackers, nutmeg, rye whiskey and vanilla cordial, topped with whipped cream. Returning from last year is Scene of the Crime, featuring Earl Giles gin, blood orange vodka and pistachio cream.
