The second longest-running Broadway musical in history is set in roaring twenties Chicago where Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap … until he finds out he’s been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another musical villain, Velma Kelly, compete for the spotlight and the headlines. They ultimately join forces in search of fame, fortune and most importantly, acquittal. See the talented team of actors and actresses of Edina High School present this sharp-edged satire featuring a memorable score that originally sparked illustrious staging by the legendary Bob Fosse.
