Discover a new way to enjoy the golf course this winter.
This January, Braemar Golf Course staff has groomed a 2-mile loop of ski trails that eager locals are putting to the test. “The trails are highly appreciated and already well-used,” park planner Rachel Finberg says.
With no permit required, cross-country and skate skiers of all experience levels are welcome to hit the trails, which can be accessed near the driving range and the Academy 9 area of the golf parking lot. To maintain the integrity of the ski trails, snowshoeing is prohibited and walkers are asked to remain on the designated walking trails.

The cross-country ski trails are just one of several improvements Braemar Park has made, and additional upgrades are expected to follow.
