The new—and surely eclectic—restaurant, created by Tommy Begnaud, is inspired by his childhood visits to Louisiana, where he enjoyed jambalaya, crawfish boils and more. Mr. Paul’s Supper Club combines that spirit of New Orleans with delicious high-end taste.
