Hobbyist photographer captures fun photos of her guinea pigs.
Becky Peterson, an Edina resident and hobby photographer, loves capturing moments with her pets and kids. She took this snapshot of her beloved guinea pigs, Abe and Ted, in her neighbor’s floral planters.
The pigs, which have more than 5,000 Instagram followers on their account, @kindaapigdeal, “are the sweetest piggies, and their adventures are fun to imagine and photograph,” Peterson says. “I’m always looking for different settings, different cool backgrounds, different things that might make for a fun picture.”
“The boys,” as Peterson calls them, are sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. Peterson says she walked past her neighbor’s flower planters and “thought it would be fun to make it look like the piggies were growing with the flowers.”
